With over a decade of first hand experience
in designing,
remodeling, consulting and
building
as well as installing sound, lighting and
video systems in some of the largest
nightclubs /bars/theaters in the world,
Chris Lenahanhas become anInternational
Success Story with numerous
magazine and newspaper articlespublished about projects he has
developed, designed and consulted on around
the world. In 2001 he was featured in a
Nationally Distributed
Design Magazinefor his work with the designer of
Green Valley Ranch Hotel & Casino in Las
Vegas.
In 2001 with the success of his first
ownership venture, he expanded his interests
by becoming co-founder of the
Library Bar and
Grill, which was awarded
“Bar of the Year 2002”and voted in the
Top 100 Bars of
2005 and 2007 by Bar and
Nightclub Magazine. He has since
held interest and ownership of several bars
and nightclubs in Nashville, Tennessee and
Scottsdale, Arizona.
His extensive experience in
designing
venues from scratch, as well as
new
construction/renovations, venue selection,
concept development, market placement,and
construction design/management,have given him the insight to be able
to design layouts that maximize flow
patterns, design elements, and energy points
needed for efficient and successful
operations. In addition, his has gained a
vast understanding of City, County, and
State Code requirements.
